4Th & Inches Sports Performance High School Training Program brings the same intensity to those preparing for their high school career as college and professional athletes. The leader in position- specific performance training for players wanting to become BETTER players! 4ISP prepares athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility – leading to increased productivity and decreased injury time.

With customized in-season and off-season programming, 4ISP athletes benefit from a year round lifting, speed and agility program that cannot be matched.

POSITION-SPECIFIC TRAINING

For the team or individual athlete looking for an even more customized  approach, we offer position specific training programs. These programs focus on the individual needs of the position, a linebacker is much different than an offensive lineman.

Defense or Offense, doesn’t matter!  We have the right program and position coach to get you prepared for FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS! We specifically develop each and every workout to STRENGTHEN your weaknesses.

Training also includes nutrition and recovery techniques to improve performance and educate young athletes on how decisions off the field, between games and practices, will improve their overall performance on a daily basis.

PROGRAM FOCUS:

  • Developing explosive strength and speed.
  • Maximizing football strength to dominate every snap.
  • Develop new position-specific skills and techniques.
  • Improve first-step power and quickness to explode off the snap.
  • Develop multi-directional speed and acceleration.
  • Improved strength and conditioning to play through the fourth quarter.

We will contact the strength coach at your high school in an effort to develop a combined program and training continuum which will fully prepare you to meet and exceed your coach’s expectations.
