The U-15 Football Foundations program is for 10 – 15 yr. old athletes looking to improve explosive speed, strength, agility, quickness, and overall athleticism.

The program is offered year-round at 4TH & INCHES SPORTS PERFORMANCE and is geared towards developing the athlete’s character as well as their athletic ability. Our athletes will notice improved confidence and will run faster, jump higher, and hit harder.

Through our U-15 Football Foundations Program, athletes can expect to:

  • Improve their linear, lateral, and transitional speed and agility.
  • Improve functional strength.
  • Improve static and dynamic balance.
  • Improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance.
  • Reduce the risk of common sports injuries. (i.e. groin and hip flexor strains, ankle sprains)
  • Compete with more confidence.
  • Improve their overall athletic performance.
  • Have a lot of fun!

A typical training session lasts approximately 75 minutes and consists of:

  • 15 minutes of dynamic warm-up exercises.
  • 10 minutes of movement /coordination training.
  • 15 minutes of speed and agility training.
  • 15 minutes of power training.
  • 10 minutes of core training.
  • 10 minutes of integrated athletic activity games /competitions.

The U-15 Foundations program is professionally designed by former NFL PLAYERS who have a passion for football, making it a valuable training service for any youth football player. Our coaching staff will motivate the athlete(s) to perform at their VERY best while teaching them proper exercise techniques.

We will continually educate them on proper training practices, as well as empowering them with the skills and knowledge necessary for long-term success.
